We take ethical diamond trading seriously and source diamonds from reputed suppliers with certifications that ensure the diamonds are conflict free.

Yes! You can customise metal purity, diamond quality, metal color of the design as per your requirement.

These 4Cs are important characteristics of the diamond that defines its overall appearance and price. The Diamond cut helps identify the shine and brilliance of the stone. Colour classifies the diamond on a scale of colourless to visible yellow. Clarity gives information about the natural flaws and inclusions in the diamond and Carat Weight determines the actual weight of the diamond.

A diamond’s cut grade is a mark of its light performance. The cut is prized as one of the defining characteristics that can express the beauty and sparkle of a diamond. Cut grades vary from excellent cuts to poor cut.

Clarity refers to the presence or absence of inclusions or blemishes or any identifying marks within a diamond. Clarity grades are segmented as FL-IF: Flawless-Internally Flawless, VVS1-VVS2: Very Very Slightly Included, VS1-VS2: Very Slightly Included, SI1-S12: Slightly Included and I1-I2: Included.

We understand that you may not be fully satisfied with the product. In that case, you can ask for a full refund or get it exchanged as per the exclusive Easy Returns and Exchange policy.

Made-to-Order

Products are customized as per your specifications and are manufactured once you place an order it usually takes 8-10 working days to ship your product.

Same Day Shipping

We offer more than 3000 design available at showroom and are shipped directly from showroom within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Once the order is shipped, we will provide tracking number for courier to track your order.

You can make your purchases at Jewels of Punjab through multiple payment methods. You can make payments through –

• All major Credit Cards like Visa, Master Card etc;
• Debit Cards;
• Net Banking;
• Cash.

Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method is not available at this stage.

There are no hidden charges.

Please note all 10% GST will be applicable to all sales.

We understand the importance of monitoring and detecting fraud card transactions on a continuous basis. We have an internal risk team which along with our payment partners track all the transactions for suspicious activity. We verify the order details, including the transaction payment with all our customers as a precautionary measure. In cases when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

Yes, we provide 1 time free ring re-sizing service within 15 days of order. If you’re unsure about your ring size, please refer ring size guide below.

Please note:

Before proceeding, use a ruler to ensure the printed sample below is exactly 4cm. In order to do this, go to your print settings before printing and ensure that the page scaling option are not set to scale or shrink. Please note that ring size measurement will not be accurate if this step is not completed properly.
